  1. This is the FAXHAVEN Print Processing screen help file, (FHPRINT.hlp).

  3. You can get a hard copy of this file by entering "Print FHPRINT.hlp".

  5. Epson-FX printer users will not be able to print image files with ver. 2.0 of
  6. FAXHAVEN.  Please look on our Word Wide Web Home Page for FAXHAVEN ver. 2.1 or
  7. an update to the program FHPRINT.exe.

  9. ========================= Function Keys =======================================
  10. <ENTER>       is *NOT* an event key. It behaves like <TAB>.
  11. <TAB>         positions the cursor to the next field.
  12. <shift><TAB>  positions the cursor to the previous field.
  13. <F1>  will display this help file.
  14.  
  15. <F2>  will retrieve and display the file names for ALL image files selected.
  16.       These will be all image files of the chosen file extension in the chosen
  17.       directory, with a timestamp more recent than the specified date and time.
  18.       These files will usually be received FAXes.
  19. <shift><F2> will select all displayed files for printing.
  20.  
  21. <F3>  will scroll backward to the beginning of the current list of image files.
  22. <F4>  will scroll forward to the end of the current list of image files.
  23. <F6>  will print all selected files.
  24.  
  25. <ESC> will exit this screen & return to the FAXHAVEN Receive Processing screen.

  27. ==================== Print Processing Input Fields =============================
  28. LIST FILES SINCE: You may trim the list of files you wish to process by enter-
  29. ing a date and/or a time here.  Enter date and time in YY/MM/DD  HH:MM format.
  30. Enter the time in military (24 hour) format.  Ex: 15:00 for 3:00pm.

  32. PRINT OPTIONS: SPOOL
  33. Enter a 'Y' here to spool FAXes, so that printing goes on in background while
  34. other processing is going on.
  35.  
  36. VIEW OPTIONS: CONDENSED
  37. Enter a 'Y' here to print the file in condensed format, so that it fits better
  38. on a page.  This is only useful when printing to a 180 d.p.i. dot matrix
  39. printer.  Every tenth column and every tenth row of pixels will be discarded so
  40. that a 200 d.p.i. image will fit on a page when output to a 180 d.p.i. printer.

  43. Enter a 'Y' or an 'X' in this column to select individual files for printing.

  45. FILES, RECVD DT-TIME, FILE SIZE: These are protected fields, you may not input
  46. here.  This is the list of files selected.
